Purchases made by our users through our website (“Website”) are governed by the conditions (“The Conditions”) described below. The purchase of products (“Product”) through clublasiesta.shop implies the full and unreserved acceptance by the user of the following purchase conditions. These Conditions do not cover the purchase of our Products by third parties outside the Website.

LA SIESTA may modify at any time the conditions or offers published on its website (prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). However, the modifications will not affect in any case the purchases already made by our users.
The purchase of our products by the user is made and perfected by following the purchase procedure described in this section. By purchasing our products, you accept that communications with LA SIESTA will be mainly by electronic means.
To proceed with a purchase on our website, you only need to follow the following steps:

You can make purchases through our website as a guest or after registering as a user.
To make a purchase, you must add the products you are interested in to your “cart”.
To complete the purchase with LA SIESTA you must accept the purchase conditions, the legal notice, the privacy policy and our cookies policy.
The purchase will be completed when the user receives their confirmation, which will detail the products that the user has purchased.

2. PRICE OF PRODUCTS

The price that appears at all times next to our products include the taxes applicable in Spanish mailand.

If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown or a difference between the product and the image of the same shown, and if any user has made a purchase decision based on this circumstance, we will immediately inform them of this incident and the user will have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost to them.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

The products will be paid for by bank card through our virtual POS (Stripe).
This system is completely confidential and secure and the data cannot be seen by third parties. LA SIESTA does not store data on payments made by its users. The information will be provided directly to the bank’s payment platform.

4. SHIPPING

We ship to Spain and international.

In order for the purchase at clublasiesta.shop to be as efficient as possible for its customers, we consider it very important to make a correct and secure delivery.

5. CANCELLATION

Any order that has not been shipped may be cancelled free of charge. If the customer wishes to cancel an order that has already been shipped, the purchase amount will be refunded and the relevant shipping and return costs will be charged, to be assessed based on the volume and weight of the package as well as its destination.

6. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL

You have a period of seven calendar days from the day after receiving the order to indicate that you wish to return it.

You can make the return by any means you wish or through our transport provider. You must return the product to us within a period of seven calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to return any product. The user must return or deliver the products directly to us without any undue delay. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods. The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, otherwise the value of the goods may decrease and LA SIESTA will be entitled to return only the corresponding part of the refund.

Once it has been determined that the return is appropriate, we will refund the amount of the product or products using the same payment method used by the user in the purchase, within a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product or products to be returned, under the terms and conditions of withdrawal detailed in this section.

The costs of return will be borne by the customer, unless we have sent a defective or incorrect product.
